Explore nature and wildlife with a spectacular game drive, thrilling boat safari to the largest unspoiled virgin bush Nyerere National park inhabited and little touched by human interference. Nyerere National Park boasts a larger population of Elephants, Buffalo, Hippo, crocodiles, and endangered wild dogs. Commonly seen are the pride of Lion, Bushbuck, Impala, Warthogs, Ostrich, Giraffe, Eland, Baboon, Zebra, Hyena, Kudu, rare sable antelope, and Leopard. In Selous, there are more than 400 species of birdlife: Fish eagle, Kingfisher, Secretary bird, Sunbird, Hammerkop, Red & Yellow bill stork, Open bill stork, Weavers, Waterbirds, Marabou stork, Vultures.

  1. Day 1 Fly from Zanzibar To Selous (Nyerere National Park)

    This tour starts in Zanzibar with a morning flight to Selous. On arrival, you will be met by the driver-guide, who will brief you regarding your safari in Selous, then enjoy a half-day game drive.
    At around 16hoo, you will depart for a sunset boat safari along the Great Rufiji River to spot Hippos, Crocodiles, and Birds, and enjoy the spectacular sunrise. The rest of the evening will be spent at your leisure, bonfire, dinner, and overnight.

  2. Day 2 Game drive and back to Zanzibar

    After breakfast, enjoy your game drive, then transfer to Mtemere Airstrip for departure on your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar.
