All about the 3 Days Mikumi National Park.

This tour will take you to one of the iconic parks in the country, Mikumi National park is the 5th largest park in Tanzania covering an area of 3230 sq Km, the park is the home of so many animals including 4 of the big 5, elephants, lions, leopards and buffaloes , the park is also home of antelopes, Zebras, wildebeests , hyenas and so many other animals. Your Tour starts and ends in Dar.

Day 1 Dar es Salaam - Mikumi National Park

You will depart from Dar es Salaam in the morning to Mikumi National Park with a picnic lunch en route. On arrival, you will have an afternoon game drive in Mikumi National Park. By the end of the afternoon, you will reach your comfortable mobile camp featuring lovely views over the savannah.
Day 2 Mikumi National Park

You will have a full-day game drive in Mikumi National Park or two half-day game drives. Whilst on safari, you can see a rich variety of bird species, as well as large numbers of giraffes, buffalos, and elephants. If you are lucky, you may also be able to spot lions, leopards, and African wild dogs. Likely to be seen animals include zebras, hippos, hartebeests, wildebeests, impalas, warthogs, elands, and antelopes. Several observation towers enable you to overview the park in its entirety. Overnight will be in Bastian Camp Mikumi.
Day 3 Mikumi National Park - Dar es Salaam

You will have an early morning game drive in Mikumi National Park, followed by breakfast. Then, after driving, you will be back in Dar es Salaam.
